    Richard has had a lifelong passion with technology, computers, home automation and audio video electronics. He started a custom electronics installation company in 2006. That experience led Richard to develop the key elements to iHummingbird elite:

    Spend most of your time training and guiding the customer on how to use the technology and ensure they are having fun.
